Regional Sales Manager
- Location: Headquarters in Bengaluru, Karnataka (requires travel within Karnataka)
- Experience: 7+ years in sales/marketing, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices, with at least 2+ years as a people manager with a proven track record
- Qualification: Science graduate (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields); a management degree (MBA) is an added advantage
Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market, particularly in Karnataka
- Proven ability to achieve financial and strategic sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
- Experience in managing key client accounts and coordinating sales processes
- Proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements and regulatory compliance in pharmaceuticals is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Veristonn’s pharmaceutical portfolio in Karnataka
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to meet regional targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Provide regular performance reports and contribute to strategic planning
Note: The job may involve travel within Karnataka and occasional country-wide travel, depending on business needs.
