The Data Analyst Intern will support the Non-Sterile Supply Chain team by providing data analytical and visualization support for key initiatives and projects.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, create dashboards, track performance metrics, and drive operational improvements in supply chain processes.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of supply chain or industrial engineering concepts is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide data analytical and visualization support for supply chain initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, interpret, and organize data sets
  • Create operational and tactical reports, dashboards, and presentations to track performance
  • Develop innovative methods to measure KPIs and ensure project goals are achieved
  • Lead development and improvement of project performance scorecards
  • Support database optimization projects for stock build and trade dress cut-over requirements
  • Prepare and present reports to key leaders across the organization
  • Assist with additional duties as directed by the Project Lead/Team Leader
