Job Responsibilities
As a Front Office Executive, you’ll be the face of Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care. Your duties will include:
- Greeting and assisting patients professionally at the front desk.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Accurately registering patient details in the system.
- Guiding patients through the registration process and informing them of wait times.
- Handling cash and credit card payments securely.
- Issuing bills, receipts, and registration cards.
- Responding to visitor queries and directing them appropriately.
- Maintaining records, receipts, and necessary documentation.
- Monitoring patient movement and waiting times using EHNote software.
- Adhering to grooming and hospitality standards.
- Collecting patient feedback and reviews before they leave.
Eligibility Criteria
We’re seeking candidates who bring energy and expertise to the role:
- Experience: 1-5 years in front office, hospitality, or customer service.
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Preferred Skills:
- Customer service and reception management.
- Billing and data entry proficiency.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
