Role and Responsibilities
As a Trainee Executive, you’ll work across various departments, including Manufacturing (Injectables), Packing, Engineering, Quality Control (QC), and Microbiology (Micro). Responsibilities include:
- Manufacturing (Injectables): Support line activities for vial, cartridge, lyophilizer, PFS, or BFS production; maintain aseptic operations; perform CIP/SIP processes.
- Packing: Operate packaging machinery, ensure correct packaging standards, perform routine checks, and maintain cleanliness.
- Engineering: Assist in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test products, validate samples, prepare Certificates of Analysis, and ensure GLP/GMP compliance.
- Microbiology: Conduct microbial testing and maintain aseptic conditions in cleanroom environments.
Qualifications and Eligibility
To be eligible for the Trainee Executive role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Qualifications:
- ITI (Fitter or Electrical)
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Life Sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry)
- B.Pharmacy
Experience: Freshers from 2023, 2024, or 2025 pass-out batches only. No prior experience required.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical processes or aseptic operations (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and learn through hands-on training.
