Job Description
- Handle line activities in Manufacturing of Probiotics-DP (BFS).
- Basic knowledge of aseptic operations.
- Understanding of CIP & SIP processes.
- Control and adjust machine settings to maintain desired line speed.
- Accurate production and packaging changeovers as per the packaging schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment before and after shifts.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure efficient production equipment operation.
- Remove damaged products or supplies as necessary.
