Job Description
Job Role: Trainee Executive or Operator to Sr Executive or Sr Operator
Department: Manufacturing of Probiotics-Drug Process (BFS)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years
No. of Positions: 10
Salary Range: ₹2.4 LPA to ₹4.8 LPA
Qualifications
- B.Sc or M.Sc (All Streams)
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- ITI, Diploma
- B.Tech (Mechanical, ECE & Electrical)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle line activities for Manufacturing of Probiotics-DP (BFS).
- Basic understanding of aseptic operations.
- Knowledge of CIP (Clean-in-Place) & SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) procedures.
- Control and adjust machine settings to maintain desired line speed.
- Manage accurate production and packaging changeovers as per the schedule.
- Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment before and after shifts.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.
- Remove damaged products or supplies as needed.
