Job Responsibilities
- Aseptic Operations: Familiarity with aseptic processes and sterile environments.
- Filling Operations: Knowledge of vial, cartridge, and ampoule filling processes.
- Machine Operations: Control and adjust machine settings to maintain desired line speed.
- Production Oversight: Accurate production and packaging changeovers as per schedule.
- Cleanliness: Ensure work area and equipment are cleaned before and after shifts.
- Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain equipment efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Remove damaged products or supplies and ensure consistent product quality.
- Line Activity Management: Handle manufacturing line activities for injectable production.
