Job Responsibilities
- Handle line activities for the manufacturing of injectables including Vials, Cartridges, Lyophiliser, PFS, and BFS.
- Basic knowledge of aseptic operations, CIP (Cleaning in Place), and SIP (Sterilization in Place) is required.
- Control and adjust machine settings to maintain the desired line speed.
- Responsible for accurate production and packaging changeovers according to the packaging schedule.
- Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment before and after shifts.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure efficient production equipment operation.
- Remove damaged products or supplies as needed.
