Job Description:
- Basic understanding of aseptic operations (Ampoule filling)
- Knowledge of CIP & SIP
- Control and adjust machine settings to maintain desired line speed
- Responsible for production and packaging changeovers as per schedule
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Handle line activities for manufacturing injectables
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs for production equipment
- Remove damaged products or supplies as necessary

Job Description:
- Perform BET, TVC of in-process products (Injectable), raw materials, and finished products
- Conduct microbiological cleanroom area qualification and periodic validation (settle plate, contact plate, and air sampling)
- Review microbiological documents and reports (BET, TVC, EM)
- Participate in planning and executing sampling and distribution activities for validation, hold time, and cleaning validation
- Conduct water sampling and analysis (RO Water, Purified Water, Raw Water, etc.)
- Perform pathogen testing and MLT analysis on finished products, raw materials, bulk samples, and stability samples
- Availability to work in shifts
