Key Responsibilities
- QC – Chemical (Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive):
- Perform chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Handle HPLC, GC, and wet lab testing; ensure GLP/GMP compliance
- Prepare analytical reports and maintain documentation
- QC – Micro (Officer/Trainee Officer):
- Conduct microbiological testing (MLT, BET, sterility)
- Perform environmental and water testing; ensure aseptic compliance
- Document results and support lab maintenance
- Production – OSD (Executive/Officer/Trainee Officer):
- Operate granulation, compression, and coating equipment
- Ensure cGMP compliance and accurate batch documentation
- Support process optimization and scale-up
- Packing (Officer/Trainee Officer):
- Manage blister and bottle packing operations
- Ensure packing line efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate packing records
- Quality Assurance (Officer/Trainee Officer):
- Perform IPQA, validation, and QMS activities
- Handle deviations, CAPA, and audit compliance
- Prepare SOPs and ensure USFDA standards
- Warehouse/Store (Officer):
- Manage material receipt, storage, and dispensing
- Maintain inventory records and cGMP compliance
- Coordinate logistics and documentation
- ERP (Officer):
- Manage pharma-specific ERP systems
- Ensure data accuracy and process automation
- Support IT compliance in a regulated environment
