Key Responsibilities
- Finance & Accounts: Manage financial strategies, accounting, and compliance.
- Business Development: Drive sales, market analysis, and client relations.
- Supply Chain: Oversee procurement, logistics, and import-export documentation.
- R&D: Develop and optimize chemical processes for global markets.
- QA/QC: Conduct analytical testing, ensure cGMP compliance, and manage documentation.
- Production: Operate and supervise manufacturing processes with a focus on safety.
- Engineering: Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and utility systems.
- EHS: Implement safety protocols and emergency response measures.
- HR: Handle recruitment and employee relations.
- Warehouse: Manage inventory and streamline material flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Finance & Accounts: CA, B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance
- Business Development/Supply Chain: B.Com, MBA Marketing/Supply Chain
- R&D/QA/QC: B.Sc, M.Sc Chemistry
- Production: B.Sc Chemistry, Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Engineering: ITI, Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical
- EHS: B.Sc, Diploma in Safety, ITI Fire Safety
- HR: MBA HR
Experience: 1-15 years, depending on the role.
Skills:
- Knowledge of cGMP, analytical testing (HPLC, GC), or process optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
