Open Positions: Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry/Microbiology), B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Analysis
- Experience: 1 to 4 years
Quality Control (QC) Responsibilities and Skills Required:
- Competence in handling analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, and IR spectroscopy for testing raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Perform microbiological analysis including Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) and Environmental Monitoring (EM) testing to ensure product sterility and safety
- Execute Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, ensuring compliance and integrity of computerized systems utilized in testing and data handling
- Collaborate with QA to ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Generation of accurate stability data
Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities and Skills Required:
- Manage and execute In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) function with diligent monitoring of manufacturing processes for compliance to SOPs and GMP standards
- Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation including deviation reports, change controls, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and analytical quality assessment (AQA)
- Perform batch reviews, line clearance approvals, and undertake activities ensuring product released meets intended quality and compliance standards
- Actively participate and support regulatory audits ensuring readiness and addressing compliance shortcomings
