Vaccine Manufacturing (Cell Culture) Role
Role Overview
We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Vaccine Manufacturing (Cell Culture) team. This role involves hands-on work in cell culture processes, media preparation, and buffer management, ensuring compliance with stringent pharmaceutical standards. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cell revival, subculture, and cell counting of MRC-5 cells.
- Prepare Master Cell Bank (MCB) and Working Cell Bank (WCB).
- Handle roller bottles, cell stacks, and TCFs for cell culture processes.
- Prepare media and in-process buffers using media mixing vessels.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.
- Work in rotating shifts to support continuous production operations.
