Executive/Sr. Executive – Bio-Bulk Manufacturing (Upstream – USP)
Role Overview
The Upstream (USP) – Microbial & Cell Culture role involves managing large-scale bioreactor operations and ensuring high-quality biosimilar production. Candidates will gain exposure to advanced bioprocessing techniques and global audit standards, making this an ideal opportunity for biotech professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage large-scale bioreactors (single-use, wave, perfusion).
- Handle continuous centrifuge and filter integrity processes.
- Perform aseptic techniques to ensure product quality.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP standards and documentation.
- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., JMP, SIMCA) for process optimization.

- Execute chromatography operations with single-use flow paths and inline dilution.
- Manage TFF systems, nanofiltration, and aseptic filtration processes.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and maintain accurate documentation.
