- Deep knowledge in loan underwriting, pre-underwriting, origination, and servicing
- Compute income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability-to-repay requirements
- Expertise in compliance and TRID guidelines (fees)
- Perform mortgage credit analysis independently
- Maintain production goals and standards in accordance with established SLAs and metrics
