Position Overview
We are hiring a Research Associate for the Formulation Development team, focusing on biologics and biopharmaceuticals, to support our robust pipeline of biosimilars and novel biologics.

Essential Requirements
- Hands-on experience in biosimilar formulation development, including pre-formulation and formulation optimization.
- Proficiency in drug product analytical testing using techniques like HPLC, UPLC, and other chromatographic methods.
- Expertise in conducting stability studies per ICH guidelines for biologics.
- Strong operational knowledge of HPLC/UPLC systems for protein characterization and impurity profiling.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (USFDA, EMA) for biologics development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize formulations for biosimilars and biopharmaceuticals, ensuring stability and efficacy.
- Perform analytical testing to characterize drug products, including protein aggregation and degradation studies.
- Design and execute stability studies to support product shelf-life and storage conditions.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments (HPLC, UPLC) and ensure compliance with GLP standards.
- Document experimental data and prepare reports for regulatory submissions and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QC, QA) to advance biologics pipeline.
