We are hiring for the Synthetic Medicinal Chemistry (CRO) department, seeking candidates with M.Sc. Chemistry qualifications for both fresher and experienced roles.
1. Synthetic Medicinal Chemistry – Fresher
- Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry
- Experience: 0-1 year (Fresher)
- Positions: 2
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing synthetic organic chemistry reactions under guidance
- Support multi-step synthesis and purification of small molecules
- Maintain lab notebooks and adhere to GMP standards
- Skills:
- Strong theoretical knowledge of organic chemistry
- Familiarity with basic lab techniques (e.g., TLC, column chromatography)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to drug discovery projects
2. Synthetic Medicinal Chemistry – Experienced
- Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry
- Experience: 2-5 years in R&D (CRO industry preferred)
- Positions: 2
- Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multi-step synthesis of novel chemical entities (NCEs)
- Perform method development, purification, and characterization of compounds
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for lead optimization and scale-up
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience in organic synthesis and analytical techniques (e.g., NMR, HPLC, LC-MS)
- Knowledge of structure-activity relationships (SAR) and lead optimization
- Proficiency in literature search and synthetic route planning
