Job Description
Zenfold is conducting a walk-in drive for Production professionals in API and intermediates manufacturing.
Candidates will work in a GMP-compliant environment handling critical unit operations and batch processes.
Production Executive / Operator
- Department: Production
- Role: API / Intermediates Manufacturing
- Experience: 2–6 Years
- Education/Qualification: Relevant experience in API/intermediates manufacturing
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of API and intermediates production processes
- Experience in reactor handling and unit operations
- Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and EHS compliance
- Familiarity with BMR/BPR documentation
- Ability to monitor process parameters
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reactor charging and unit operations
- Execute batch manufacturing as per BMR/BPR
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and RPM
- Ensure compliance with SOP, cGMP, and EHS
- Maintain accurate batch documentation
- Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling
- Support yield improvement initiatives
- Ensure audit readiness at all times
