Available Position – Shift In-Charge (Production)
Job Responsibilities
- Shift Operations: Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Manpower Handling: Allocate jobs, monitor attendance, and ensure discipline among operators and support staff.
- Process Monitoring: Track critical parameters, ensure smooth equipment operation, and address process deviations promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate entries in logbooks, BMRs, and other GMP-related records.
- EHS & Housekeeping: Ensure compliance with safety standards, proper PPE usage, and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
Requirements
Qualification:
- B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) with 2–3 years of experience, OR
- B.Sc (Chemistry) with hands-on prior experience as Shift In-Charge in API/intermediate production.
- Experience: Proven expertise in managing production shifts in a regulatory-compliant API manufacturing environment (USFDA preferred).
- Skills: Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, equipment handling, EHS standards, and GMP documentation.
