1. Quality Assurance (QA) – Officer/Executive
- Sub-Department: IPQA / Documentation Cell
- Qualification: B.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc. (Chemistry, Biotechnology)
- Experience: 2-6 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Skills:
- Knowledge of GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Experience with IPQA and QMS in nutraceuticals/pharma
- Strong analytical and compliance skills
2. Quality Control (QC) – Officer/Chemist
- Sub-Department: HPLC / Chemical Lab
- Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc. (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry)
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and chemical analysis
- Familiarity with CGMP and regulatory standards

3. Analytical Development Lab (ADL) – Officer/Executive

- Experience: 2-5 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate analytical methods for nutraceutical products
- Perform testing using HPLC, FTIR, and dissolution apparatus
- Support formulation development with analytical data
- Prepare technical reports for regulatory submissions

4. Production – Officer

- Monitor production processes and ensure batch consistency
- Maintain GMP standards and equipment hygiene
- Document manufacturing activities and support yield optimization

- Technical aptitude for equipment handling
5. Store – Officer
- Sub-Department: Raw Material (RM) / Packing Material (PM)
- Qualification: B.Com, B.Sc.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of raw materials and packing materials
- Coordinate material dispensing and stock reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with storage conditions and GDP
- Maintain records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally)
