We’re searching for biotechnology experts with hands-on experience in biologics production. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications:
- M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology
- Experience:
- 3-7 years in USP or DSP within biologics manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- USP Production:
- Handle large-scale mammalian cell culture using stainless steel (SS) bioreactors
- Prepare and filter media/feed for production
- Manage readiness of bioreactors and associated vessels (CIP, FIT, PHT, SIP)
- Operate bioreactors, centrifuges, and clarification systems for monoclonal antibodies and biotherapeutic proteins
- DSP Production:
- Execute downstream purification processes for recombinant products
- Operate TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) and chromatography systems
- Perform virus filtration and manage CIP/SIP of equipment
