Open Positions
We are hiring Fixed-Term Employees for the following departments at Zydus Biologics, Biotech Park, Ahmedabad. Candidates must have 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of cGMP requirements.
1. Production
- Qualification: HSC / ITI (Fitter, Electrician, or related trades)
- Experience: 1–3 years in biotech or injectable manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment such as bioreactors, fermenters, autoclaves, or vial filling machines
- Perform aseptic operations, line clearance, and equipment cleaning
- Support batch manufacturing per SOPs and BMRs
- Report deviations and ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations
- Basic knowledge of bioprocessing equipment and troubleshooting
- Ability to document processes accurately
2. Quality Assurance
- Qualification: HSC / ITI
- Experience: 1–3 years in quality assurance activities in biotech or injectable facilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) tasks, including line clearance and sampling
- Support documentation for QMS (deviations, CAPA, change control)
- Participate in equipment qualification and audit preparation
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
Skills Required:
- Understanding of cGMP documentation and GLP
- Attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance processes
3. Quality Control
- Qualification: HSC / ITI
- Experience: 1–3 years in quality control activities in biotech or injectable facilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sample collection and testing (e.g., water sampling, environmental monitoring)
- Support analysts in operating instruments like HPLC, UV-Vis spectrometer, or autoclaves
- Maintain lab documentation and ensure compliance with cGMP
- Participate in stability studies and microbial testing (e.g., MLT, bio-burden)
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with basic lab equipment and testing procedures
- Knowledge of cGMP and GLP standards
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
