Open Positions

We are hiring Nursing Staff for the following roles at Zydus Hospitals, Ahmedabad. Candidates must have 1–10 years of experience in a multi-specialty hospital (100+ beds) and a strong understanding of NABH standards and patient care protocols.

1. ICU Nurse

• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institute
• Experience: 1–10 years in ICU or Critical Care units

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac ICU and general ICU
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and operate equipment like ventilators and ECMO
• Collaborate with intensivists and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure compliance with NABH and infection control standards

2. Emergency Nurse

• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
• Experience: 1–10 years in Emergency Department or Trauma Care

Responsibilities:

• Deliver rapid assessment and treatment in emergency situations
• Assist in trauma cases, triage, and life-saving procedures
• Maintain emergency equipment and ensure readiness for critical cases
• Adhere to NABH protocols and document patient care accurately

3. OT Nurse

• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
• Experience: 1–10 years in Operation Theatre (preferably modular OT)

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons in procedures, including liver transplants and robotic surgeries
• Prepare and sterilize OT equipment and maintain aseptic conditions
• Manage pre- and post-operative care per SOPs
• Ensure compliance with Class 100 Modular OT standards

4. Infection Control Nurse (ICN)

• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with certification in Infection Control (preferred)
• Experience: 1–10 years in infection control or related roles

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and implement infection control protocols across hospital units
• Conduct training on hand hygiene, PPE usage, and bio-waste management
• Perform environmental monitoring and manage infection outbreaks
• Ensure compliance with NABH and WHO infection control guidelines

5. BMT Nurse

• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with training in Bone Marrow Transplant or Hematology
• Experience: 1–10 years in BMT or oncology nursing

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care for patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplants
• Administer chemotherapy, monitor for graft-versus-host disease, and manage immunosuppression
• Support patients in the hi-tech BMT Unit with strict aseptic protocols
• Collaborate with hematologists and maintain detailed patient records
