Skills/Qualifications
- Proficiency in equipment qualification and semi-solid preparations (creams, ointments, lotions)
- Expertise in patches, ODF, MDI manufacturing, and coating operations
- Hands-on experience with cartonators, track & trace systems, check weighers, and vision inspection
- Knowledge of granulation, IGL, compression (Cadmach & Killian), and auto-cartonators
- Skills in instrumentation, QMS, process equipment maintenance, water systems, and HVAC
- Basic qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., BE, B.Tech, or B.Pharma for entry-level pharma jobs
Key Responsibilities
- Perform equipment qualification, line clearance, sampling, and in-process checks for QA roles
- Operate machinery for blend manufacturing, semi-solid preparations, and solid oral production
- Handle packing processes including bottle packing, BQS, and track & trace implementation
- Maintain plant equipment, HVAC systems, and water systems in engineering tasks
- Ensure compliance during manufacturing and packing of transdermal patches and OSD products
- Support coating operations, vision inspection, and overall production efficiency
