Job Description
Qualifications
- Executive/Sr. Executive Roles: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Microbiology, or Engineering, depending on the department. Relevant certifications are preferred.
- Operator Roles: ITI or Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
- Apprentice Roles: 10th/12th pass, ITI, D.Pharm, or Diploma in Engineering from the years 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Mandatory Requirement: Experience in USFDA-regulated injectable manufacturing sites for all non-apprentice roles.
Experience
- Executive/Sr. Executive: 1–12 years of relevant experience, depending on the role.
- Operator: 2–8 years in injectable manufacturing or engineering operations.
- Apprentice: No prior experience required (freshers).
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and USFDA regulations.
- Technical proficiency in injectable manufacturing, quality control, or engineering systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- For microbiology roles: Expertise in microbial testing and analysis.
- For apprentices: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Conduct validation, in-process quality assurance (IPQA), and maintain QMS documentation.
- Engineering: Ensure maintenance of plant equipment, water systems, and HVAC for operational efficiency.
- Quality Control: Perform chemical and microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.
- Production: Operate equipment for autoclave, compounding, vial washing, filling, lyophilizer, and packing processes.
- Apprentices: Assist in departmental tasks under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in pharmaceutical operations.
