1. Production Operators
- Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
- Qualification: ITI
- Areas of Work:
- Granulation: ACG, Glatt, Tapasya
- Compression Machines: Fette, Korsch, Cadmac
- Auto Coater: Kevin, Glatt, Ganson
- Inspection: Enclony, Viswill, Sensum
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery for tablet and capsule manufacturing.
- Maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory compliance.
- Perform routine checks and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Maintain proper documentation and batch records as per SOPs.
2. Packing Operators
- Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
- Qualification: ITI
- Machines Expertise:
- CVC & Countec Bulk Packing Machines
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate automatic and semi-automatic packaging machines efficiently.
- Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and quality checks of packed products.
- Maintain SOP compliance and follow safety protocols.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize production efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have experience working in a regulatory pharmaceutical plant.
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices is essential.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts as per plant requirements.
