1. Production – OSD
- Roles: Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 3-8 years in operating OSD machines, including:
- Granulation, Compression, Coating, Encapsulation, Wurster Coater, and Visual Inspection
- Knowledge of line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment
2. Packing
- Roles: Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 3-12 years in operating packing machines:
- Bulk packing, sachet, and blister packing
- Proficiency in line clearance and equipment operation
3. Engineering
- Roles: Technician
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 3-12 years in plant maintenance and troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance, HVAC, and BMS systems
- Knowledge of calibration, PLC, HML, SCADA, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
