Vaccine Manufacturing (Cell Culture)
Support vaccine production through expertise in cell culture processes and advanced bioprocessing techniques.
- Responsibilities: Cell revival, subculture, cell counting (MRC-5 cells), MCB/WCB preparation
- Skills: Handling roller bottles, cell stacks, TCFs
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences)
- Experience: 1-6 years in vaccine/biotech cell culture processes
Quality Control (Bacterial/Viral)
Ensure vaccine quality through advanced testing and analytical techniques in a controlled lab environment.
- Responsibilities: Product testing (biochemical, chromatography, electrophoresis, immunoassays, molecular techniques)
- Skills: Expertise in HPLC, Dionex, UV-Spectrophotometer, ELISA, multimode plate reader
- Techniques: Biochemical assays (Protein, O-acetyl), immuno-chemical assays, electrophoresis
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences)
- Experience: 1-6 years in vaccine/biotech quality control
