Job Openings and Requirements
We are hiring for Production, Packing Staff, Quality Assurance (IPQA), and Engineering roles at our SEZ 1 OSD Manufacturing Unit in Ahmedabad. Candidates with pharmaceutical experience and regulatory exposure are preferred.
Production
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Skills: Operate machines for granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), compression (Fette, Korsch), coating (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), and capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO). Perform line clearance, equipment operation, and cleaning. Knowledge of cGMP and documentation is essential.
- Vacancies: Multiple
Staff
- Experience: 4-10 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Skills: Supervise OSD production processes (granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling), ensure QMS compliance, and manage documentation. Exposure to USFDA/MHRA audits is an advantage.
- Vacancies: Multiple
Packing Staff
- Experience: 4-10 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Skills: Handle market complaint investigations, documentation, and QMS activities for packing operations (blister, bottle, sachet). Experience with BQS, ACG, or PamPac machines and regulatory audits is preferred.
- Vacancies: Multiple
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
- Skills: Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA), equipment qualification, and QMS activities for OSD manufacturing. Expertise in line clearance, sampling, and BMR review. Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory requirements (USFDA/MHRA) is essential.

Engineering
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
- Experience: 4-10 years
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
- Skills: Handle process maintenance, utility operations, and electrical tasks in OSD plants. Expertise in HVAC, BMS, calibration, and troubleshooting (PLC, SCADA, sensors). Knowledge of cGMP documentation and preventive maintenance is required.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2-10 years, depending on the role, with pharmaceutical industry exposure preferred.
- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm as specified.
- Skills: Proficiency in OSD manufacturing, packing, QA, or engineering processes, with cGMP and regulatory compliance knowledge.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred; willingness to work in shifts.
