Available Positions
We are recruiting for multiple roles in our Production, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control departments at our Baddi facility. Below are the details:
Production – Operators (Granulation / Compression / Coating & Inspection)
- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma
- Experience: 3–5 years
Responsibilities:
- Operate pharmaceutical machines such as Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya), Compression (Fette, Korsch, Cadmac), Auto Coater (Kevin, Glatt, Ganson), and Inspection (Enclony, Viswill, Sensum).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs in a USFDA-approved environment.
- Perform line clearance, equipment cleaning, and documentation.
Production – Packing Operators
- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma
- Experience: 3–6 years
Responsibilities:
- Operate packing machines like CVC and Countec for bulk packing.
- Maintain regulatory documentation and adhere to GMP standards.
- Conduct visual inspections and ensure quality packaging processes.
Production – Apprentice
- Qualifications: B.Pharma, ITI, Diploma (Freshers)
Responsibilities:
- Support production activities under supervision.
- Learn and adhere to cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Assist in granulation, compression, coating, or packing operations.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Qualifications: B.Pharma, M.Pharma
- Experience: 3–6 years
Responsibilities:
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) and validation activities.
- Manage QMS tasks, including deviation, change control, and CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA and regulatory audit requirements.
Quality Control (QC)
- Qualifications: M.Sc. in Microbiology or Chemistry
- Experience: 3–6 years
Responsibilities:
- Conduct QC testing in Microbiology or GLP sections.
- Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Maintain documentation as per USFDA and cGMP standards.
Candidate Preferences
We prioritize candidates with experience in USFDA-approved regulatory units. Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs, and equipment like granulation, compression, coating, and inspection machines is essential. Knowledge of QMS, IPQA, and GLP processes will give applicants an edge.
