Qualifications
- Quality Control Operator: ITI certification from a recognized institution.
- Analyst – Biotech: M.Sc. or M.Tech in Biotechnology or related fields.
- Analyst – Chemical: B.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Chemistry or related disciplines.
- Mandatory Requirement: Relevant experience in injectable manufacturing or quality control within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Experience
- Quality Control Operator: 1–5 years of experience in handling samples, chemicals, reagents, and SAP for procurement.
- Analyst – Biotech: 2–6 years of experience with biotechnological products and analytical techniques.
- Analyst – Chemical: 2–6 years of hands-on experience with analytical instruments and stability studies for injectable dosage forms.
Skills
Quality Control Operator:
- Proficiency in handling samples, chemicals, and reagents in a quality control lab.
- Familiarity with SAP systems for procurement and inventory management.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Analyst – Biotech:
- Expertise in HPLC and electrophoresis for biotechnological products (e.g., recombinant proteins, hormones, monoclonal antibodies, cytokines).
- Experience with bioassay techniques and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory compliance.
Analyst – Chemical:
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus, and UV-Visible Spectrometer.
- Knowledge of weight analysis and stability studies for injectable dosage forms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Quality Control Operator:
