Key Responsibilities
- Align demand forecasts with production capacity using R validation techniques
- Coordinate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to manage production schedules and process orders
- Track new product launches and participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings
- Plan and monitor raw materials (RM) and packing materials (PM), including Just-In-Time (JIT) items and long lead-time components
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) approvals, change controls, and artwork updates in SAP S/4HANA
- Evaluate inventory health, execute stock transfers, and minimize write-offs
- Lead process improvement projects and contribute to Management Information System (MIS) and performance reporting
Desired Profile
- 5-10 years of supply chain planning experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or ECC and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
- Knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Prior experience with USFDA-regulated plants preferred
