Job Description

Zydus Lifesciences is hiring for multiple positions at its Moraiya Unit in Ahmedabad. Roles focus on quality assurance, engineering, and equipment operations for oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing.

Quality Assurance (IPQA) – Officer to Sr. Executive

• Department: Quality Assurance (IPQA)
• Role: Officer to Sr. Executive
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Education/Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc

Engineering – Executive/Sr. Executive

• Department: Engineering
• Role: Executive/Sr. Executive (Process Equipment)
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Education/Qualification: BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)

Technician – Process Equipment (Fitter/Electrician/Instrumentation)

• Department: Engineering
• Role: Technician
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Education/Qualification: ITI, Diploma

HVAC Operator

• Department: Engineering
• Role: HVAC Operator
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Education/Qualification: ITI, Diploma

Skills/Qualifications

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc for QA roles
• BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) for engineering executives
• ITI or Diploma for technician and HVAC roles
• Experience in OSD plant equipment (FBD, FBP, RMG, coating, compression)
• Knowledge of GMP, preventive maintenance, and IPQA processes
• Familiarity with HVAC, AHU, BMS, and chiller operations

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct IPQA for in-process manufacturing and packaging in OSD plant
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot OSD equipment (FBD, RMG, coating)
• Handle electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation tasks for process equipment
• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, AHUs, cooling towers, and BMS
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
