Walk-In Interviews for Freshers

Roles and Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate processing of Zydus Recruitment and Data Management Back-office activities.
- Managing HUB and Location Shared Services Team with defined KPIs, KRAs, and SLA adherence.
- Supporting the setup of Location Shared Services across Zydus PAN India locations.
- Collaborating closely with HR BP to ensure transactions comply with statutory and policy regulations.
- Generating input error reports and proposing solutions to ensure smooth processes and accurate outputs.
- Maintaining and updating all HR Operations & Policy SOPs and ensuring team-wide dissemination.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Notes

- Only fresh graduates or those with relevant HR experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is highly preferred.
