1. Production
Roles: Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
Qualifications: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 3–8 years
Key Skills:
- Operating machines such as:
- Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, etc.)
- Compression machines
- Encapsulation machines
- Coating machines
2. Packing
Roles: Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
Qualifications: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 3–8 years
Key Skills:
- Operating machines like:
- Blister packing (ACG, PamPac)
- Sachet packing (Wraptech)
- CVC bulk packing
- Related packaging activities
3. Engineering
Roles: Technician, Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech
Experience: 3–10 years
Key Skills:
- Maintenance of plant and process equipment (Electrical/Instrumentation)
- Troubleshooting, calibration, PLC, SCADA, and sensors
- QMS documentation and regulatory knowledge (preferred)
4. Warehouse
Roles: Technical Assistant (Operator), Officer to Senior Executive
Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc / B. Pharma
Experience: 3–10 years
Key Skills:
- SAP MM module and ASRS system
- Material handling
- Regulatory audits and QMS documentation
5. Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Roles: Officer / Assistant Manager
Qualifications: B. Pharma / M. Pharma
Experience: 3–6 years
Key Skills:
- Line clearance and in-process sampling
- BMR review and adherence to cGMP
Salary
- ₹5–10 Lacs P.A.
