Responsibilities by Department
Production Officer (Fermentation Plant):
- Operate and monitor fermentation processes, including bioreactors and downstream processing.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs for bacillus-based product manufacturing.
- Conduct in-process checks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support process optimization and scale-up activities.
Warehouse Officer:
- Manage store operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams.
Sr. QC Microbiologist:
- Perform microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and product analysis using HPLC, GC, and other techniques.
- Conduct stability studies and analytical method validation (AMV).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP).
Production Planning Executive (PPIC):
- Develop production plans and schedules using tools like Excel, MIS, and Gantt charts.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams.
- Monitor production efficiency and ensure timely delivery.
Account Executive:
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support budgeting and audit processes.
