We are hiring for the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments at our Solan facility, seeking professionals with experience in pharmaceutical analytical testing and regulatory compliance.
1. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
Position: Research Associate (RA) / Senior Research Associate (SRA) / Research Scientist (RS) / Senior Research Scientist (SRS)
- Experience: 2–8 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical method development, validation, and transfer for tests like Assay, Related Substances (RS), Dissolution, and Solvent analysis
- Calibrate analytical instruments (HPLC, GCHS, IR, UV, Dissolution Apparatus) as per the master calibration schedule
- Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Ensure accurate documentation for day-to-day analysis, including test reports and SOPs
- Skills:
- Proficiency in HPLC, GCHS, UV, and dissolution testing
- Expertise in method validation and GLP compliance
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH, USFDA)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
2. Quality Assurance (QA)
Position: Officer / Senior Officer
- Experience: 3–6 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage QMS activities, including CAPA, change control, and deviation handling
- Perform IPQA checks for manufacturing and packing lines
- Conduct validation, qualification, cleaning validation, and risk assessments
- Handle OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), product recalls, and market complaints
- Support vendor qualification and regulatory audits (USFDA, EU-GMP)
- Prepare and review documentation for regulatory submissions and compliance
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of cGMP, GxP, and regulatory requirements (Europe, ROW markets preferred)
- Experience with CSV (Computer System Validation) and 21 CFR Part 11
- Expertise in audit preparation, investigation, and QMS tools (e.g., TrackWise)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
