Key Responsibilities
Coordination and Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between IEC members, the Department of Health Research (DHR), and investigators
- Facilitate timely communication to address queries and ensure smooth trial operations
- Arrange training sessions for IEC members to enhance compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Meeting Management
- Assist the Member Secretary in preparing agendas and minutes for IEC meetings
- Coordinate logistics for IEC meetings, ensuring all materials are ready in advance
- Track and follow up on action items post-meetings to maintain project momentum
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate study documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and electronic records
- Support agenda preparation, minute writing, and secure document archiving per ICH-GCP guidelines
- Ensure compliance with DHR, CDSCO, and GCP regulations
- Manage version control and secure storage of confidential trial documents
