Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Incharge to manage shift operations independently in our API Manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in production, with a focus on API manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all shift operations within the API manufacturing unit.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift.
- Maintain detailed documentation of production processes and outcomes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
| Experience | Requirements |

| Total Experience | 3.5 to 6 years in production |
| Shift Incharge Experience | Minimum 2 years in a similar role within the API manufacturing industry |
