Open Positions
1. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) – Executive
- Grade: Executive
- Experience: 3–8 years
- Qualification: M.Pharm, M.Sc. (Pharmaceutical Analysis, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry)
Job/Skill Set:
- Develop, validate, and transfer HPLC, GC, and IC methods for APIs, complex oral solid dosage (OSD), oncology, and topical products for regulated (USFDA, MHRA), semi-regulated, and India markets.
- Conduct feasibility, verification, equivalency, and validation studies for analytical methods.
- Perform comparative evaluation of methods with alternative vendor methods, including regulatory impact analysis.
- Execute dissolution method development, comparative dissolution, multimedia dissolution, and statistical evaluation with report preparation.
- Expertise in NI/GI, NDSRI, LCMS/GCMS, solid-state characterization, and API sameness studies.
- Conduct in-vitro studies, extractable & leachable (E&L), IVPT/IVRT, and impurity characterization.
- Proficient with USP, EP, BP, JP, and regulatory guidelines (ICH, EMEA, FDA).
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, IC, GC, particle size analyzer) and instrument calibration/maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and data integrity principles (e.g., ALCOA+).
2. Formulation & Development (FnD) – Executive
- Grade: Executive
- Experience: 3–8 years
- Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
Job/Skill Set:
- Develop formulations for oral solid dosage (OSD), oncology, and alternative vendor development for regulated, semi-regulated, and India markets.
- Prepare and review FnD documents such as Specifications, Master Formula Card (MFC), Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), stability protocols, Change Control Forms (CCF), and deviation reports.
- Proficient in SAP operations, including loading specifications, Bill of Materials (BOM), stock overview, and Purchase Requisition (PR) generation.
- Knowledge of granulation, compression, coating, and Quality Management System (QMS) activities (e.g., CAPA, deviation handling).
- Exposure to USFDA, MHRA, and ICH guidelines for formulation development.
Candidate Requirements

- Last 6 months’ salary slips, CTC breakup, and increment letter.
- Previous experience letters, Aadhar card, and PAN card.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in regulated markets (US, EU) and familiarity with complex generics, peptides, or oncology products.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, OOS/OOT investigations, and data interpretation.
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and 21 CFR compliance.
