What We’re Looking For
- Experience: You should bring 5-10 years of hands-on experience working in manufacturing companies with a turnover of Rs 100 Crore+. Your experience should include managing GST-related matters, monthly returns, reconciliations, and refunds. Experience with Export Oriented Units (EOU) is highly preferred.
- Qualifications: CA Inter or B.Com is essential. This role demands a solid educational background to ensure that you’re up-to-date with the latest financial regulations and practices.
- Age: We’re specifically looking for candidates in the age bracket of 30-35 years.
- Skills: A strong grasp of TDS matters and filing TDS returns is crucial. Exposure to ERP packages like FOCUS will be a significant advantage. Additionally, familiarity with MIS reports will set you apart from the rest.
