Position: Learning & Development Trainee
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra (Desk-based, with occasional travel within city)
Type: Full-time, 1-Year Traineeship
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/L&D experience

Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of immersive learning experiences and workshops
- Develop and manage e-learning modules and innovative digital learning content
- Leverage AI and learning data to identify trends and optimize training strategies
- Research and recommend next-generation L&D tools to enhance learning programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, impactful training initiatives
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and data-driven insights using Excel
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields (BBA, B.A., M.A., or MBA in HR preferred)
- Experience: Freshers preferred; up to 1 year of experience in HR/L&D acceptable
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of HR analytics or learning management systems (LMS)
Skills:
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Articulate) and AI-driven learning tools
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for creating compelling content and analyzing data
- Creative mindset with a passion for learning and development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
