Open Position: Trainee Executive (Virchow Skill Development Center)
We are hiring 30 Trainee Executives for various departments, including Manufacturing, Packing, Engineering, Quality Control (QC), and Microbiology, exclusively for male freshers (2023, 2024, 2025 pass-outs).
- Qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc (Life Sciences), B.Pharm, M.Pharm
- Experience: Freshers (2023, 2024, 2025 pass-outs only)

- Salary Range: Based on skill set and qualification
Job Profile:
- Manufacturing: Handle line activities for injectables (vials, cartridges, PFS, BFS), including aseptic operations, CIP/SIP, and equipment maintenance.
- Packing: Operate packaging machinery, ensure correct packaging, perform line clearance, and maintain GMP standards.
- Engineering: Support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration in a cleanroom environment.
- Quality Control: Conduct product testing, sampling, and validation per GLP/GMP, focusing on aseptic injectables.
- Microbiology: Perform microbial testing, environmental monitoring, and sterility tests in compliance with regulatory standards.
