As a Research Associate I, you will support the development and enhancement of drug database products, delivering strategic insights to healthcare and biopharma clients.

Key Responsibilities

This role focuses on creating and managing high-quality drug databases. Key duties include:

Database Development: Support the creation and enhancement of drug database products, including interactive dashboards and client-facing functionalities.
Data Management: Update databases with key elements like Mechanism of Action (MOA), indications, and drug development phases.
Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve data accuracy, reliability, and usability.
Research: Conduct in-depth research using healthcare databases, regulatory websites, research articles, and industry publications.
Client Collaboration: Work with clients to develop tailored use cases and strategic dashboards for actionable insights.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) required.
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry, with proven expertise in creating and maintaining healthcare databases.
