Officer – Documentation (Production)
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Officer – Documentation (Production) to manage daily documentation activities, ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards, and support seamless production operations. This role is critical to maintaining accurate records and driving continuous improvement in documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Update production line status to ensure real-time accuracy.
- Raise BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPR (Batch Packaging Records) as per production plans.
- Maintain QMS (Quality Management System), BMR, and BPR records with precision.
- File and store documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Verify daily records, including cleaning, calibration, temperature/RH, pressure, and hygiene logs.
- Ensure equipment usage and cleaning protocols are followed.
- Adhere to preventive maintenance and fogging schedules.
- Coordinate with QA and Production teams for compliance and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and GMP standards.
- Support GMP-based process improvements to enhance operational excellence.
