Key Responsibilities
As a member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for:
- Synthesis & Execution:Â Setting up and skillfully executing chemical reactions to synthesize target molecules and novel compounds according to project plans.
- Safety & Compliance:Â Ensuring a safe working environment by strictly adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and all company safety protocols.
- Data & IP Management:Â Meticulously maintaining laboratory notebooks, ensuring the integrity of all recorded data, and protecting confidential intellectual property (IP) specifications.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking candidates who possess a strong academic foundation and a passion for chemistry.
- Qualification: A Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Medicinal Chemistry or Organic Chemistry.
Skills:
- Strong theoretical knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry principles.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent record-keeping abilities.
