About the Role

As a Clinical Associate in Critical Care Medicine, you will be an integral part of our highly skilled ICU team. You will work directly with critically ill patients, providing comprehensive medical care under the guidance of senior consultants. This role is ideal for a medical professional passionate about intensive care and eager to work in a high-acuity, learning-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct medical care and manage treatment plans for critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Work collaboratively under the supervision of senior consultants and intensivists.
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret diagnostic data, and make timely clinical decisions.
• Perform and assist in various bedside procedures common to the critical care setting.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records for all patients.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients’ families regarding clinical conditions and care plans.
• Actively participate in clinical rounds, case presentations, and ongoing medical education activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree Level: Master’s Degree (e.g., MD/DNB in Critical Care, Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty).
• Experience: Prior experience in an ICU or critical care setting is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong clinical acumen, the ability to perform well in high-pressure situations, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Licensure: Must possess a valid medical license to practice.
