1. Assistant Rajbhasha Officer (E1) – ₹40,000–1,40,000 (IDA)

• Qualification: Master’s in Hindi (English elective) or Master’s in English (Hindi elective)
• Experience: 3 years post-qualification, with at least 2 years in pay scale ₹27,000–1,05,000 (IDA)

Compensation Package

NHPC offers attractive pay including Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA, Cafeteria Allowance, Performance Related Pay (PRP), medical facilities, social security benefits (PF, Pension, Gratuity), and other allowances. Selected candidates will start at the minimum of the pay scale on probation for one year.

Selection Process

• Computer Based Online Test (CBT) / Written Test (as applicable)
• Minimum Qualifying Marks: Gen/OBC/Gen-EWS – 40%, SC/ST/PwBD – 35%
• Document Verification at Corporate Office, Faridabad
• Biometric authentication during verification

Test Centres: 19 cities including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Lucknow, Jaipur, Ranchi, and others.
