Compensation Package
NHPC offers attractive pay including Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA, Cafeteria Allowance, Performance Related Pay (PRP), medical facilities, social security benefits (PF, Pension, Gratuity), and other allowances. Selected candidates will start at the minimum of the pay scale on probation for one year.

Selection Process
- Computer Based Online Test (CBT) / Written Test (as applicable)
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: Gen/OBC/Gen-EWS – 40%, SC/ST/PwBD – 35%

- Biometric authentication during verification
