Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Experience in maintenance of plant process equipment and packaging machinery.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, equipment calibration, PLC programming, and SCADA systems.
- Operation and preventive maintenance of water systems, WFI, pure steam generation.
- Knowledge of P&ID, EDI systems, ozone generators, sterilization, passivation, and piping design.
- Strong understanding of mechanical maintenance for OSD production lines.
- Exposure to tube filling, jar filling, bottle filling, and semi-solid manufacturing (ointments, creams, lotions).
- Hands-on experience in quality control testing of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.
- Familiarity with CGMP practices, FDA guidelines, 21 CFR compliance, TPM concepts, SAP systems, and audit management.
